R2, P3; Day 1 (162)

(1.4 UNDER LIW) Decided to do a short round since I was having some measley losses. Started P3 this morning. Looking forward to going out to dinner. Craving some salmon and broccoli, but my mind could change once I'm out. TOM also arrived today so I'm feeling a bit blah. I hadn't seen him in 5 weeks. I have a feeling it had to do with the HCG, but I have no proof of that. Coincidental that once HCG was out of me... I'm planning to begin a workout routine to, hopefully, lose some more weight and build some much needed muscle. I know it's not advisable in P3, but I plan to continue it as a lifelong habit so I think it'll be okay. At my age, I have to worry about losing flexibility as I age. I don't want to be one of those old ladies who shuffles along with her walker.

Haven't been on in a couple days. Been really busy. Getting ready to go eat my salad and chicken so just wanted to log on quick to keep my blog current. It's a beautiful day here today with temps in the mid-70s, but we'll be back in the 30s in a couple days so we need to enjoy it while we can. So glad Spring is just around the corner. (-.8) Another small loss. I didn't get around to drinking my SM tea because the grandkids came over last night and I got too busy. Also didn't drink as much water as normal. I'm thinking about doing a P2 Protein day on Friday if I don't see, at least, a 1 lb. daily loss by then. I will just have to wait and see. Well, back to work. TTFN.

R2P2; Inj. 10; VLCD 8 (167) (-6.6)

(-1.2) I managed to drink a little more water yesterday and I ate both breadsticks when I usually only have one for breakfast. This diet certainly is quirky. Well, 23 more pounds to get to my original goal. I have 27 more injections. Can it be done?? We shall see. Actually, like I said before, it's really not a big deal for me to get to 145 as it is about how many inches I lose and how comfortable I am at a certain size. At my age, I'm not aiming to look super model thin, but I would like to not have to slap a "wide load sticker" on my behind and beep when I back up to warn others. Well, I need to get ready for church so TTFN.
