R2, P3; Day 1 (162)

(1.4 UNDER LIW) Decided to do a short round since I was having some measley losses. Started P3 this morning. Looking forward to going out to dinner. Craving some salmon and broccoli, but my mind could change once I'm out. TOM also arrived today so I'm feeling a bit blah. I hadn't seen him in 5 weeks. I have a feeling it had to do with the HCG, but I have no proof of that. Coincidental that once HCG was out of me... I'm planning to begin a workout routine to, hopefully, lose some more weight and build some much needed muscle. I know it's not advisable in P3, but I plan to continue it as a lifelong habit so I think it'll be okay. At my age, I have to worry about losing flexibility as I age. I don't want to be one of those old ladies who shuffles along with her walker.

Well, hope everyone is doing well. Off to surf the web some more. Take care.

Hi Diana, It was probably a good decision to do the short round. As you get closer to your goal, it seems to come off more slowly..at least for me it did. I lost 88% of the weight in the first 3 weeks! Next time I'll do a shorter round. You are under you LIW so that is great! Keep it up.

Wow! Your bog is great! I just started and I think your posts are very motivating. 40 lbs is a big loss and you did it in a good amount of time! Thanks for motivating me and I look forward to more posts and losses!
