R2P2; Inj. 13; VLCD 11 (165.4) (-8.2)

(-.8) Another small loss. I didn't get around to drinking my SM tea because the grandkids came over last night and I got too busy. Also didn't drink as much water as normal. I'm thinking about doing a P2 Protein day on Friday if I don't see, at least, a 1 lb. daily loss by then. I will just have to wait and see. Well, back to work. TTFN.

.8 of a pound is great. Did you know that is 2800 calories of fat? You are doing awesome! I love to see succes.

I thought you could only do steak days in P3....I am new to this so I have no clue, just from what I have read on the yahoo groups..

A P2 Modified Protein Day is actually what it's called. You don't eat anything at all during the day, just like a steak day, and then in the evening you have 200g. protein and either an apple or tomato.

P.S. I noticed your daughter is Makayla. My daugher is Kayla, however she's 21 yrs. old.
